Seceda Ridge Line: Escursione da Selva al Seceda nel Parco Naturale Puez-Odle (Hike from Selva to Seceda)

The guided hike 'Seceda Ridge Line' takes trekking enthusiasts on a journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Puez-Odle Nature Park. Meeting at the Active & Events office in Selva di Val Gardena, the group will take a local bus to Daunëi. From there, the walk begins, passing the Juac mountain hut and the Firenze mountain hut, leading deep into the heart of the Dolomites before tackling the ascent toward the scenic Seceda Ridge Line and the summit of Seceda. The trail covers 15 kilometers with an elevation gain of 810 meters and a descent of 1,000 meters, taking around 7 hours in total. After taking in the panoramic views from the top and enjoying a lunch break at an alpine hut, the route heads back down toward Mastlé, crossing peaceful woodland paths to reach Santa Cristina. Participants must be in good physical shape, with a minimum age requirement of 12 years. Proper hiking shoes are required, along with a windbreaker, drinks, sun and rain protection, and the Guest Pass. The hike is not suitable for strollers, while dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a leash and wear a muzzle.
