The Sagra del Carciofo returns to Riotorto, one of Tuscany's most anticipated food and wine events. Now in its 55th edition, this festival will take place from April 23 to May 3, 2026 in the charming Parco Comunale La Pinetina, transforming this Piombino hamlet into an oasis dedicated to taste and Maremma's culinary traditions. For eleven days (closed Monday, April 27), artichokes will be the undisputed star of a rich menu featuring traditional Maremma tortelli and lasagna, penne with ragù, and countless artichoke-based side dishes.
