Sagra del Tortello e della Bistecca (Tortello and Steak Festival)

The Sagra del Tortello e della Bistecca returns to Venturina Terme for its 13th edition. Over ten evenings, from July 17-26, 2026, the fairground of this Campiglia Marittima village will become a showcase for Tuscan gastronomic excellence. Organized by ASD Venturina Calcio with support from local volunteers and the municipality's patronage, this festival promises authentic culinary tradition and entertainment. The stars of the show are tortello—a local specialty filled with ricotta and spinach—and quality beef bistecca, expertly grilled over charcoal using ancient Tuscan recipes. Completing the culinary offerings: ribollita, pici al ragù, arista di maiale, local cheeses, and DOC wines from the region. Each dish tells the story and passion of Tuscan food heritage. From July 17-26, every evening from 7 PM, the festival features rich entertainment: live music from local groups and guest artists, themed folk and pop evenings, and dance bands playing until late night. The festive atmosphere welcomes visitors of all ages in an authentic community celebration. Perfect for families, the event includes a children's play area with inflatables and entertainment, plus a street soccer tournament promising fun and sporting excitement.
