From August 10-19, the enchanting Parco della Pinetina in Riotorto, Piombino, transforms into a stage of authentic flavors and culinary traditions. Now in its 43rd edition, the festival celebrates the most representative dishes of Maremma cuisine, with homemade tortelli (stuffed pasta) as the undisputed stars, accompanied by grilled meat cooked fresh to order using recipes passed down through generations. But the Sagra del Tortello e della Brace is far more than just a food and wine festival. Every evening, starting from 7:30 PM, guests can enjoy a rich entertainment program featuring live music, rock band performances, various shows, and DJ sets that will keep the festivities going late into the night.
