From July 10-26, 2026, gastronomic stands will come alive with the colors, aromas, and flavors of the sea. Opening hours are from 7:00 PM to midnight Monday through Thursday, and from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM on weekends. Visitors can savor fish specialties while enjoying the convivial atmosphere that characterizes this festival, where food becomes an opportunity for meeting and sharing. Must-try specialties include: herb-roasted sea bass, spaghetti with clams, Adriatic mixed fried seafood, octopus stew, salt-baked sea bream, amberjack ceviche, stuffed squid, and traditional Tuscan fish soups.
