Festa delle Specialità al Tartufo (Truffle Specialties Festival)

In Sieci, a charming hamlet of Pontassieve, the SMS Croce Azzurra premises in Piazza Sergio Chiari host the Festa delle Specialità al Tartufo. This culinary celebration features a menu entirely dedicated to truffles, freshly prepared and cooked by the association's dedicated volunteers. The culinary lineup showcases traditional Tuscan first courses such as white truffle lasagna, tagliolini, and potato tortelli with truffle. Other tempting dishes include beef tartare (also available with truffle), potato flan with truffle cheese cream, baked eggs with truffle, and an assortment of grilled favorites like Florentine steak and sliced chicken breast, each served with a truffle twist.
