At the headquarters of Contrada San Michele, food stands will offer traditional dishes where cavatello takes center stage, paired with local sauces and gravies in a winning combination that delights both residents and visitors. During the evenings of July 11th and 12th, the atmosphere comes alive thanks to live music accompanying dinner, transforming the festival into a moment of genuine conviviality and shared celebration.
