Sagra del Cinghiale e della Pizza (Wild Boar and Pizza Festival)

The 25th edition of the Sagra del Cinghiale e della Pizza returns to Pontassieve, an unmissable appointment for lovers of authentic Tuscan cuisine. Organized by ASD Pontassieve calcio and the hunting team I Bersaglieri degli Scopeti, the event will take place over two weekends: April 24-26 and April 30 - May 3, 2026, inside the heated Stadio Comunale.

The menu features the finest wild boar specialties, prepared according to traditional Tuscan recipes: from appetizers to tortelli, from pappardelle to polenta, to fried wild boar and braised wild boar. Each evening will also feature the preparation of exquisite pizzas, for a complete culinary experience that will satisfy all palates.

The restaurant is open every evening starting at 7:00 PM, while Sundays and holidays also offer lunch service from 12:00 PM. Takeaway service is also available for those who wish to enjoy the specialties comfortably at home.
