Now in its 24th edition, this established festival welcomes visitors from across Italy on May 15, 16, and 17, 2026, at the sports field in the San Miniato district. Three days celebrating authentic flavors, where culinary tradition and conviviality meet in a festive and genuine atmosphere. With roots deep in local history, the Sagra del Cinghiale has represented for over two decades a celebration of Tuscan gastronomic culture and the wild flavors that characterize the region. Among the most appreciated dishes stands out roasted wild boar ham, a specialty capturing the pure flavor of Tuscan game, accompanied by braised wild boar with olives, a classic that tastes of country tradition.
