During the weekends of May, Pelago transforms into the heart of Florence Mountain culinary tradition with the Sagra del Cinghiale, Tortelli e Grigliata. An unmissable opportunity to savor the most authentic and characteristic dishes of this fascinating Tuscan region, where mountain cuisine meets a passion for game and recipes passed down through generations. The menu is a celebration of genuine flavors: from the famous potato tortelli to stewed wild boar, through the original and refined proposals of wild boar with seven flavors and wild boar in bianco, to grilled meats that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Each dish tells the story and gastronomic culture of the territory, prepared with dedication in the welcoming spaces of the ARCI Circle of Pelago. The event, organized by Squadra La Banduccia and Gruppo Cacciatori Il Passatore, also offers a shuttle service from Pontassieve Station during the Biofioricola days, making this culinary experience even more accessible. The kitchen opens for dinner from 7:00 PM every day (Saturday and Sunday), and on Sunday lunch service is also available from 12:00 PM for a complete gastronomic experience.
