Born from the transformation of the historic Bavarian Beer Festival, this event finally places the true star at centre stage: Tuscan DOP Bread, an exceptional product that represents the region's culinary identity and boasts a century-old tradition. Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, the food stands in Parco Colombai at Villa Ankuri offer a fascinating blend of traditional flavours. DOP bread accompanies authentic Tuscan cuisine dishes, paired with a selection of cured meats and cheeses that enhance the rustic and genuine character of local tradition. For those who cannot resist the grill's call, a dedicated stand serves steaming bistecche and grilled meats that embody the essence of the most authentic Tuscan cooking. The festival atmosphere is enhanced by live musical performances that accompany the evenings, transforming dinner into a true convivial event. During the festival, local master bakers take turns in practical demonstrations of traditional bread-making, allowing visitors to discover the secrets of Tuscan DOP Bread. Guided tastings with experts are also organised to illustrate ideal pairings between bread and regional products.
