Sagra del Tartufo Scorzone Toscano

The Sagra del Tartufo Scorzone Toscano returns to Montespertoli for its 5th edition, an unmissable event for truffle lovers and enthusiasts of Tuscan cuisine. Organized by the Tartufai Association of the Lower Valdelsa hills, this special occasion celebrates one of the region's most prized products, whose distinctive aroma characterizes traditional dishes reinvented with creativity. Founded in Certaldo in 1992, the association has long been dedicated to preserving the truffles of Lower Valdelsa, countering production decline through the management of numerous natural truffle grounds across the valley's municipalities. Thanks to this commitment, the festival offers a menu rigorously focused on authentic Tuscan specialties: from tagliolini and crêpes with truffle, to summer beef tagliata and truffle-infused beef tartare, to desserts with black and white truffles. The event takes place at Montespertoli's Urban Park on June 13, 14, 20, and 21, with food stands open every evening from 7:30 PM and on Sundays also at lunch from 12:00 PM.
