The most anticipated Sagra del Tortello, della Chianina e della Carne alla Brace returns to Borgo San Lorenzo, an unmissable opportunity for lovers of authentic Tuscan cuisine. From August 13-30, the Foro Boario transforms into a gastronomic paradise where you can savour the most genuine local specialities: the celebrated Mugello tortelli, prized Chianina beef and grilled bistecca, prepared according to traditional recipes. Each evening comes alive with live music accompanying dinners under the stars, creating a convivial and festive atmosphere. The food stalls open from 6:00 PM onwards for dinner, while on Sundays you can also enjoy lunch with company. Complementing the culinary offering is a selection of excellent craft beers perfect for pairing with the evening's heartier dishes. But the festival isn't just for adults: children can have fun at the fun fair and dedicated children's area, making it a perfect event for the whole family.
