Sagra del Tortello

The Sagra del Tortello returns to Ronta, the enchanting hamlet of Borgo San Lorenzo in the heart of the Florentine Mugello region, from Thursday 25 to Sunday 28 June 2026. An unmissable event for lovers of authentic Tuscan gastronomy, where the flavours of local tradition find their finest expression in the dishes offered by the festival kitchens. The undisputed stars of the event are the tortelli mugellani—celebrated stuffed ravioli that represent the culinary excellence of the area, prepared according to recipes passed down through generations. Alongside this signature specialty, the festival also offers grilled meat dishes that complete a rich and varied gastronomic offering, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. Opening hours are designed to accommodate visitors' needs: Thursday to Saturday, the kitchen is open only for dinner from 19:00, while on Sunday lunch service is also available from 12:00. The event, organised by Circolo La Terrazza at the local sports field, confirms its status as a community celebration where tradition and conviviality meet. Thanks to the available facilities, even in case of bad weather, visitors will be able to enjoy local specialities in complete comfort, dining indoors without compromising on an authentic Mugello culinary experience.
