The Sagra della Bistecca returns to Casalguidi, a hamlet in the municipality of Serravalle Pistoiese in the province of Pistoia, to celebrate one of the most iconic dishes of Tuscan culinary tradition. From May 29 to June 7, 2026, Piazza Vittorio Veneto will transform into a gastronomic arena where you can savour authentic bistecche alla fiorentina, prepared according to the most genuine recipes and accompanied by the authentic flavours of local cuisine. Although relatively young in the landscape of Tuscan festivals, the Sagra della Bistecca has already won the hearts of thousands of visitors, becoming an unmissable appointment for lovers of good food and conviviality. Every evening from 19:00 to 23:30, the food stalls will open their doors to offer a complete experience: succulent steaks, traditional dishes, DOP cheeses, and local DOC wines. But the Sagra is not just about food: the event is enriched by live music that will accompany the evenings, creating the perfect atmosphere for spending unforgettable moments with friends and family.
