Returning to Spicchio, in the heart of Tuscany, the Sagra della Chiocciola is an unmissable event for lovers of local gastronomy and summer conviviality. Now in its 48th edition, this festival celebrates authentic Tuscan flavors, where snails—the undisputed stars of the event—are transformed into exquisite dishes prepared using time-honored recipes. From June 18 to July 5, the Parco dei Mille in Vinci will become the heart of a culinary and entertainment experience that draws visitors from across the region. The program is designed to satisfy all palates and all ages. The festival restaurant offers a refined menu ranging from snail specialties—including braised snails, Tuscan-style snails, and snails in sauce—to the most representative dishes of regional cuisine, guaranteeing quality and authenticity in every course.
