Sagra della Fragola e del Baccello

Return to Pieve Santa Luce, in the heart of the Pisan Hills, for the most anticipated celebration of spring: the Sagra della Fragola e del Baccello. Now in its 31st and 46th editions respectively, this event represents an established tradition celebrating the season's most delicious fruits. From May 1-3, 2026, this small town in the province of Pisa transforms into a large open-air laboratory where you can discover and taste the finest local specialties, prepared with passion by volunteers from Polisportiva Pieve.

Along the food stands set up for the occasion, sweet strawberries and fresh pods become the undisputed stars of traditional dishes and recipes typical of the region. The weekend offers a complete gastronomic experience, with the festival restaurant open for both lunch (from 12:00) and dinner (from 19:00), where you can savor the best of Tuscan cuisine revisited through these seasonal ingredients.

But the Sagra della Fragola e del Baccello is more than just food: throughout the three days of celebration, live music and performances will entertain visitors, making this event perfect for families, friends, and lovers of rural traditions.
