From July 3-5, 2026, the enchanting Parco del Tamburello transforms into an open-air tavern where you can savor genuine dishes prepared according to time-honored recipes, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The festival features an abundant and varied menu that exceeds expectations: Maremmano ravioli dressed with butter and sage, accompanied by fragrant Tuscan ragù, form the heart of the celebration, while traditional tagliata in its various incarnations—with olive oil, salt and rosemary, or enriched with arugula and Pecorino—showcases the excellence of local cuisine. The offering is completed with English-style roast beef with Tuscan green sauce, tomato penne, tomato salad, and French fries. Each dish tells the story and authentic flavors of Tuscany. The three evenings, starting at 7:30 PM, feature live musical entertainment accompanying dinner, creating the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable evening with friends and family. The bar remains open throughout the festival to complement your meal with carefully selected beverages.
