The star dish is a soup prepared according to recipes passed down through generations, made with simple yet prized ingredients: stale Tuscan bread, cannellini beans, black cabbage, seasonal vegetables and flavored with a ham bone, in a preparation that requires patience and love for the craft.

During the ten-day celebration, alongside the featured soup, visitors will be able to savor other Tuscan specialties such as steaming grilled meats, handmade tortelli and traditional country dishes, all prepared with dedication by the residents of Massarella. Each evening the program comes alive with live performances and free DJ sets, creating a convivial and festive atmosphere that transforms the village into an authentic hub for gathering and celebrating local culture.
