The 39th edition of the Sagra della Brioche con Gelato Artigianale returns to San Pancrazio Val di Pesa, in the heart of Tuscany, to celebrate one of Italy's most beloved desserts. This event, spanning two weekends (26-28 June and 3-5 July 2026), is an unmissable opportunity to savour brioche filled with artisanal gelato prepared according to authentic recipes, in an atmosphere of festivity and conviviality. Organized by the Unione Sportiva Dilettantistica di San Pancrazio & Lucignano as part of the ‹Due Paesi in Festa› festival, the event offers far more than simple gastronomic tasting. At the sports field where the festival takes place, you can dine from 7:00 PM with reservation, while live music entertains the evenings with cover bands, traditional dance orchestra, and pop music performed exclusively live, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
