From July 17-19, Parco del Gaggio in Podenzana transforms into a court of flavors, where panigacci take center stage, bringing to the table the history and gastronomic culture of this fascinating region. Panigacci are a unique creation of Lunigiana—thin, crispy pancakes cooked in traditional terracotta plates that give them an unmistakable flavor. During the festival, beyond these undisputed stars, you can sample other local specialties such as the distinctive chiodo di maiale, a gourmet burger prepared with the same sausage batter and cooked in ancient terracotta plates, along with succulent grilled meats, all in a convivial and family-friendly atmosphere. But it's not just about food: the three evenings come alive with dance music, transforming dinner into a true celebration and fun-filled experience.
