The 38th edition of the Sagra del Tordello Casalingo returns to Segromigno in Monte, an unmissable event for authentic Lucchese cuisine enthusiasts. From June 2-28, 2026, on designated evenings (June 2, 6, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, and 28), Capannori's Parrocchial Area transforms into a welcoming open-air trattoria where you can savor the celebrated home-made tordelli, prepared according to the traditional recipe that has defined this festival for decades. Beyond these undisputed stars of the evening, the event showcases an extensive selection of dishes from Lucchese culinary tradition: from torta coi becchi to grilled meats, from the highly sought-after mezzina arrosto—a rolled pancetta prized for its laborious preparation—to salt cod, sausages, and stewed beans available on select evenings.
