Sagra della Lasagna Intordellata

The Sagra della Lasagna Intordellata returns to Massa from July 3–12, 2026, transforming the traditional Sagra delle Grazie into an unmissable celebration of one of the most iconic dishes of local cuisine. Organized by the Cultural Association Le Grazie at the Le Grazie School, the festival offers a rich selection of Massa's gastronomic specialties every evening from 7:30 PM onwards. The lasagna intordellata, the star of the festival, is accompanied by the renowned tordelli pasta, testaroli, mixed grilled meats, panzanella salads, and fried marinated cod.
