Sagra della Salsiccia (Sausage Festival)

The Sagra della Salsiccia returns to Fosdinovo to celebrate one of Tuscany's most beloved culinary traditions. From August 7-9, in the charming village of Canepari, the 'Alberto Bernardini' Community Center becomes a gastronomic hub where you can enjoy local specialties prepared with care and passion. Three days of fine food, conviviality, and entertainment for families and genuine cuisine enthusiasts. Beyond the main dishes, the festival features a rich schedule of evening events: karaoke and live music will enliven Friday and Saturday, while Sunday welcomes The Sax Group Jazz with a free concert that will beautifully conclude the celebration. A perfect opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of Lunigiana in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The event serves a noble purpose: all proceeds will support the purchase of equipment for Civil Protection and forest fire prevention services. A festival that combines the pleasure of good food with civic commitment, organized by VAB Toscana – Giucano Section in collaboration with local organizations.
