Sagra di San Rocco

The Sagra di San Rocco in Pozzi di Seravezza returns in August 2026 with the traditional festival organized by Contrada Il Pozzo, an association deeply rooted in the history and culture of the Versilia region. An unmissable event for lovers of Tuscan gastronomy, offering authentic local specialties in a convivial and festive atmosphere, steeped in the maritime traditions of the coast. The festival takes place over three selected weekends (August 7-9, 14-16, and 20-23, 2026), with evening hours from 7:00 PM onwards. On August 15th, during Ferragosto, the event expands its schedule with daytime openings from 12:30 PM, allowing visitors to enjoy Versilia's delicacies throughout the day. The celebrated tordelli di pesce (fish ravioli) is the iconic dish of the festival, a culinary excellence that reflects Versilia's maritime tradition and local gastronomic culture passed down through generations. Alongside this signature dish, over 15 food stalls will offer numerous other local specialties: mixed fried fish, cacciucco, wild boar pappardelle, arrosticini, Tuscan desserts, and local wines—all prepared with traditional recipes and genuine ingredients. Live music animates every evening with local artists and folk bands, transforming Pozzi di Seravezza into a gathering place and entertainment hub for the entire community. Admission is free and unrestricted, with the option to purchase individual dishes (€5 to €15 for main courses) or combination plates.
