Sagra dei S'cios

The Sagra dei S'cios in Quero Vas is an unmissable event for lovers of traditional Veneto cuisine and the territory's most original specialties. Each edition sees the preparation of 10 tons of s'cios, slowly cooked using a proven method that enhances natural flavors and is appreciated by over 8,000 visitors from across Italy and abroad.

Beyond the celebrated Burgundy-style snails, the festival offers a wide variety of traditional Veneto dishes: duck ragù pasta, mixed fish fry, grilled cheese, grilled sausages, horse meat, ribs with polenta, fresh salads, and seasonal side dishes.
