Now in its 30th edition, this festival celebrates the culinary traditions of the Grosseto Maremma through genuine dishes prepared with dedication by local women. Strozzapreti, the typical pasta made with just water and flour and dressed with flavourful sauces, takes centre stage at a celebration deeply rooted in the territory's collective memory. From 3 to 12 July 2026, the Pro Loco of Sticciano presents a complete gastronomic experience at the new multipurpose venue nestled in a scenic cork oak forest: beyond the celebrated strozzapreti, the menu features quality meat dishes and local wines, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant opens at 19:30 each evening, with live music performances beginning at 21:00 to set the perfect mood for an unforgettable evening.
