Sagra del Cinghiale

The Sagra del Cinghiale of Gabbro returns this year to bring the most authentic specialties of Tuscan culinary tradition to your table. From July 23 to August 2, this small town in the province of Livorno transforms into a gastronomic hub where wild boar in sauce, tripe, and snails cooked on the grill become the true stars, accompanied by dishes from local cuisine that tell centuries of food and wine culture. Beyond culinary delights, the event features a rich entertainment program with live music, shows, and open-air dancing that will enliven summer evenings, creating the perfect atmosphere for a season filled with good food and conviviality.
