Sagra della Bruschetta (Bruschetta Festival)

In the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany, the charming village of Rocchette di Fazio prepares to celebrate Ferragosto with the Sagra della Bruschetta, an event that brings together culinary tradition and summer fun. From August 14-16, 2026, the streets of this small town will come alive with authentic aromas and flavors, with food stands offering bruschetta topped with the finest local products, prepared according to genuine Tuscan cooking traditions. Organized by the Pro loco of Semproniano in collaboration with the local Sports Union, this event is far more than just a celebration of food. From 8:00 PM onwards, the stands welcome visitors in a festive atmosphere where you can taste specialties while immersing yourself in the medieval village ambiance. Among the most appreciated toppings are fresh tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil from the Maremma, and local aromatic herbs. The evenings transform into occasions for entertainment with DJ sets and live music, perfect for those wanting to extend the celebration under the Tuscan stars. The music ranges from pop and dance hits to traditional Tuscan songs, creating an engaging atmosphere for all ages.
