From the evening of July 21st through July 26th, the Parco Casa del Popolo in Bagno di Gavorrano transforms into a festive gathering devoted to fine food and conviviality, hosting the second edition of an event that has already won over visitors' hearts. Six evenings dedicated to Maremma's culinary specialties, with pappardelle—the celebrated wide ribbons of pasta dressed in traditional sauces and authentic flavors—taking center stage.
