The 14th edition of the Sagra della Ribollita returns to Ribolla, a small village in the municipality of Roccastrada in the province of Grosseto, for three days celebrating authentic Tuscan culinary traditions. From July 17-19, Piazza della Paga will transform into a gastronomic showcase where you can savour the most genuine dishes of local cuisine, prepared according to recipes passed down through generations. Ribollita takes centre stage—the iconic dish of Tuscan peasant cooking that finds its most authentic and genuine expression here. The festival's food stalls also offer tortelli in three irresistible variations: ragù, boscaiola, or butter and sage. Each evening from 7:30 PM, visitors can dine immersed in the festive atmosphere of the event, organised with care by the Pro Loco di Ribolla. Beyond culinary delights, the festival offers quality entertainment with live music and dancing evenings that will enliven all three days.
