Sagra della Salsiccia di Pari (Pari Sausage Festival)

The Sagra della Salsiccia di Pari returns to liven up the medieval village in the municipality of Civitella Paganico, in the province of Grosseto. Celebrating its 59th edition and organized by the Associazione Sette Colli, this traditional event celebrates the rich food and wine culture of the Maremma region. Over three days of festivities, visitors can savor local culinary specialties at the food stalls, open every evening and also for lunch over the weekend. The mouth-watering menu features traditional Pari sausage, boscaiola-style polenta with mushrooms, tagliatelle with sausage or wild boar ragù, Pari-style mixed grill, porcini mushrooms, fagioli all'uccelletta (beans in tomato sauce), and wood-fired ciaccini flatbreads. The festival also offers plenty of entertainment throughout the village streets and squares, featuring live music, DJ sets, and fun activities designed for children.
