The historic monumental and museum complex of Abbadia a Isola, near Monteriggioni, hosts the final event of the summer series 'Ritratti in Jazz', entirely dedicated to the memory and music of Wayne Shorter, a cornerstone of contemporary jazz. The evening is led by saxophonist and artistic director Stefano 'Cocco' Cantini, joined on stage by saxophonist Giancarlo Maurino and guitarist Roberto Taufic. The trio presents an inspired reinterpretation of the legendary American maestro's compositions, highlighting attentive listening, instrumental dialogue, and the expressive freedom of improvisation.
