Ponte in Festa returns for the fourteenth time, the most anticipated gastronomic event in southern Tuscany. At Ponte d'Arbia, a hamlet in the municipality of Monteroni d'Arbia in the province of Siena, two weekends dedicated to celebrating pici, the most authentic pasta of the Sienese tradition, in a convivial atmosphere where genuine flavor meets community.

Handmade pici remain the true stars of the event: prepared according to traditional recipe with eggs, flour and water, hand-pulled by our volunteers, they represent the essence of medieval Sienese peasant cuisine. Each evening offers different condiments, from the classic cacio e pepe to local meat ragù, from hare sauce to seasonal vegetable sauces. The gastronomic stand offers a complete culinary experience, from fresh pasta to roasts, from porchetta to sweets from the best Sienese tradition, with a selection of Brunello and Rosso d'Arbia wines from local vineyards.

Organized by U.S. and Casa del Popolo d'Arbia in collaboration with the Santa Famiglia Parish, Ponte in Festa represents a true gathering moment for the local community and an attraction for visitors from across the region. A rare opportunity to discover how pici were prepared in medieval farmhouse kitchens and to taste recipes passed down through generations.
