Sagra della bruschetta

The Sagra della Bruschetta of Casole d'Elsa returns for its sixth edition to celebrate one of Tuscany's most authentic culinary treasures. From June 11–14, the stunning La Corsina venue will host four evenings filled with excellent food, live music, and warm hospitality. Organized by Contrada Casole Campagna, this event is an unmissable opportunity to savour various bruschetta recipes prepared in true Tuscan tradition, all set against a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Each evening features a different entertainment and music programme tailored to please every guest. Thursday kicks off with the freshness of live music, Friday continues with modern DJ rhythms, and the weekend heats up further: Saturday fills the dance floor with nostalgic '80s and '90s hits on vinyl, while Sunday brings the festival to a spectacular close with a concert from the band ‹Generazione di sconvolti›. The venue opens each evening at 7:30 PM with an extensive selection of bruschette ranging from classic flavours to creative variations: from the traditional tomato and garlic, to versions with ricotta and seasonal vegetables, to gourmet proposals designed to delight even the most discerning palates. All accompanied by carefully selected Tuscan wines and other beverages. On the practical side: parking is available on site, and the location is easily accessible via GPS directions to La Corsina in Casole d'Elsa. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for an evening of fun and dancing under the Tuscan stars. Admission is free, while food and beverages are available for purchase according to the menu provided on site.
