Sagra della Pastasciutta (Pasta Festival)

The 31st edition of the Sagra della Pastasciutta returns to Volte Basse in Siena to celebrate one of Tuscany's most authentic culinary traditions. From 29 May to 14 June, the Circolo ARCI Volte Basse APS will open its food stands every evening from 7:30 pm onwards, offering a rich and varied gastronomic experience rooted in Sienese culture. With over twenty specialities of pan-fried pasta, this festival is a true showcase of local flavours. Guests can enjoy selections of three pasta dishes accompanied by grilled meat and wines sourced exclusively from the region, all in the convivial and authentic atmosphere that characterises Tuscan food festivals. Each dish tells a story of tradition and culinary expertise passed down through generations.
